After some lengthy discussions today we were able to come to an accord that will ease the pack test stresses for many out there!
Attached you will see a draft copy of an MOU I will be signing on January 8,2010. I have put it out to the Executive Baord for review and await their input.
In my three years as President of this local, this will be my first MOU agreement with management. I think it is important that we solidify our pack test standards once and for all!
