Captain Position Issue

Brothers and sisters,
Today I met with Chief Collins and Assistant Chief Lighthill to discuss the concerns we all have expressed over the Captain position. It was a long and very in depth discussion. In this meeting we covered all of the aspects and issues the membership raised to me at the Union meeting Monday night. Chief Collins was very interested to hear what the field had to say about it
